Today is October 18 and it only feels like fall in the mornings, the rest of the day our indian summer continues. My workout over the years has evolved. When I was in the city I was married to various workouts in particular Soul Cycle - I would sign up Monday 12pm to get into my favorite instructors classes (who are still my favs) Stacey, Janet & Laurie. Now I am in the beautiful burbs of Westport, CT I have a varied workout routine but I still love my NYC and often go in to see friends, bounce around and squeeze in a workout!
Tonight I took my first SoulAnnex class, still part of the Soul Community. I met my girlfriends and we took a class called Torch'd. First you are not on a bike instead you are in a room that has incredible lighting. We were led by celebrity trainer Issac. We MOVED + danced for our cardio, we DEFINED with free weights and ALIGNED all our muscles and my rather weak core with our own body resistance!
Isaac's energy was electrifying and his playlist helped us push our workout to another level. It was hard but I felt amazing after and it woke up muscles that had not been used in a while.

I am a big believer in a daily beauty routine. I started my first skincare routine at 15yrs old it was Clinique 3 step, it has evolved as I got older. I am 39yrs old and never had any work done, no botox or fillers (yet)!
Here is my daily skin care routine and my favorite products, I use them in this order:
Cleanser: Love daily face wash La Roche Posay Purifying Foam Cleanser $14.99 you could only get it from France but finally you buy in the US!
Toner: BeautyCounter Rosewater Toner spray: This is norishing, hydrating a reasonable $35
Serum: SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic Acid: This is my preventive, I am die hard loyal CE Ferulic Acid fan. It is $165 but it lasts 6months and I only use 2 drops every morning all over my face. I always think about trying something else but I honestly adore this product that has given me youthful skin it is currently on sale for $84.99 which never happens!
I recently added a correct serum SkinCeuticals Hyaluronic Acid Intensifier this is $98 and I use 2 drop after the CE Ferulic Acid, this amplify skin’s hyaluronic acid levels visible appearance of firmness, smoothness, and facial plumpness.
Eye cream: I really research eye creams and love Chantecaille Stress Repair Concentrate it awakens my eye area deflates puffiness and smooths fine lines and wrinkles!
Moisturiser: I love Eve Lom Brightening Cream, I received a sample from Space NK and loved it!
SPF: I never walk out of the door without SPF on my face, I apply after my moisturizer and I am currently using Bobbi Brown Protective SPF 50 Face Base
If I go to the gym in the morning I only cleanse and moisturizer after the gym I do my daily skincare routine.

Olivia Palmero just launched her fall collection with Banana Republic. The one item that stood out for me was her Herringbone Ruffle Cape, this would team up great white sweater, skinny jeans and cute flat. It is also an ok price point of $228. I also love the Herringbone coat by Burberry which is of course a little more $$$ but a classic!
